Welcome to the Berkeley Walk website. Our subdivision was initiated in 1994 and lies within the city limits of Berkeley Lake, Georgia. Located at 4580 Berkeley Walk Point, Berkeley Walk includes 82 homes and our amenities include a swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts and clubhouse. We have mandatory covenants and a homeowner annual fee, which covers all the costs of maintaining our amenities and pristine landscaping.
